 A very simple way to bring a little empathy into your workplace is by just asking your coworkers how they are feeling or how they are doing, especially during times of change inside or outside of the workplace. It is essential to encourage leaders and team members to foster these relationships and constantly treat each other with compassion. Another way to show empathy is by actively listening to fellow team members. By making a genuine effort in understanding where people are coming from and the reasons that drive their reactions, we then have the opportunity to provide thoughtful direction and generate favorable compromises.
